Facts
Every school year, our Family and Consumer Science class conducts a comprehensive bus safety program to promote awareness and safe practices among students. Through this program, students learn essential safety rules for riding, exiting, and waiting for the bus, emphasizing the importance of proper behavior to ensure everyone’s safety. To reinforce their learning, students have the opportunity to showcase their knowledge by participating in hands-on activities on an actual bus, practicing what they’ve learned in a real-world setting. This interactive approach helps instill lifelong safety habits and underscores the critical role of bus safety in their daily routines.
Community Service
Northside Middle School FCCLA and FACS is dedicated to supporting studings in need by donating clothes and essential supplies to our school’s closet. This initiative ensures that every student has access to necessary items, promoting confidence and success in the classroom. By giving back to our school community, FCCLA members and FACS students demonstrate leadership, compassion, and a commitment to making a positive impact.
